Don’t be fooled by FAKE “64 1/2″ Mustangs. This is the real deal, down to the brake light switch located on the master cylinder. There really are 64 1/2 Mustangs, and the major difference is in the electrical system, and a few other things mentioned below. In Jan. 1965 Ford switched to an alternator charging system, and made a few slight design changes to the Mustang. 64 1/2 Mustangs are extremely rare, and highly collectible.
